The Company originally incorporated as Growth Equities
Sdn. Bhd. on 21st September 1987, changed its name
to Phase Electrical Engineering Sdn. Bhd.
on 30th October 1987. The company from then have been managed
by the founder directors, Mr. R.Ratanarajah
and Mr.Wong See Kong, who both established the business of manufacturing
Electrical Control Panels.
The former was responsible for engineering sales, design
and after sales service to the customer and the latter was
responsible for the supply of the electrical materials and
fabrication of the control panels.

The Company established it's business supplying electrical boiler
control panel to the two Major boiler Manufacturers in Malaysia
,Wembley IBAE Sdn.Bhd (Formerly know as Innovest Industries)
and Mechmar Boilers Sdn.Bhd.
We have also secured during these years projects from various
customers as outlined in our customer references. The
company resolved to change its name to Phase Electrical
& Electronics Sdn.Bhd on 17th December 1994.
